I think somone was trying to be funny and say that the Postal Service is slow as a goat. If I send a Priority envelope from San Diego, CA to Hartford,CT it gets there two days later every time for only $4.05 Thats 3500 miles. Thats cheaper and better quality service than those other guys. I hope that gets your goat.

I think somone was trying to be funny and say that the Postal Service is slow as a goat. Goats are not slow. They are quite quick and jumpy. They can really move WHEN THEY WANT TO.
