PostalWatch.com was a non-partisan not-for-profit organization which was formed to protect individuals and the private sector business community from intrusive and burdensome United States Postal Service actions and regulations. PostalWatch provided this largely underrepresented group with a powerful and unified voice in postal affairs that impacted their businesses and personal lives. It also provided information for Postal employees to be aware of the latest news and happenings and served to be the watch dog to protect the rights of the People. Rick Merritt was responsible for Postalwatch.com and lost in the fight for cancer on Father's Day 2006.

I worked with Rick for many years fighting Postal Service Regulations aimed at hurting my small business. Our industry has lost a great person that we owe so much too.
